Supported Living Accommodation (Adults 18+)
We provide high-quality supported living accommodation across Yorkshire for adults who are ready to develop or maintain independence in their own homes, with flexible support tailored to assessed needs. Our model separates housing and support so people keep their tenancy rights and choice of provider.
Who we support
- Adults (18+) with needs related to learning disability, autism, mental health, or complex life experiences.
- People stepping down from hospital, residential, or higher-supported placements.
- Individuals who do not require personal care (we do not deliver regulated personal care).
Accommodation & property standards
- Self-contained flats or shared homes (2–5 bedrooms) with private bedrooms.
- Good transport links, local amenities, and community access.
- 24/7 emergency on-call; assistive technology as assessed.
- Health & safety, fire risk assessments, and individual environmental risk plans.

Our support model
- Outcome-focused support plans and positive risk enablement.
- Key-working, budgeting, medication prompts, and appointment support.
- Skills for daily living: cooking, cleaning, shopping, travel training.
- Structured activities for wellbeing, employment, and community inclusion.
- Flexible hours, sleep-in or waking nights where commissioned; on-call management.

Referral & funding
We accept referrals from Local Authorities, NHS (including Section 117 aftercare), and families/representatives. Funding is usually via adult social care personal budgets, health funding, or private arrangements. We will carry out assessments, compatibility checks for shared homes, and a transparent move-in plan.
